Spring Ball registration is OPEN! We are excited to start the 2025 season!

• November 15th - Registrations Open w/Early Bird
• December 9th - Registration Ends w/Early Bird
• January - Exact Date TBD, Spring Assessments 
• February - Exact Date TBD, Spring Opening Day

SPRING BALL DETAILS:

UCDS is creating teams for the upcoming Spring season in the 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U divisions. If you register, you will receive a jersey and socks, play approximately 10 to 12 games, and have a chance to compete for a trophy in the end-of-the-year tournament. Please note that 6U teams will play around 6 to 8 games.

Equipment Needed:

• Glove *
• Helmet  *
• Fielding mask **
• Bat
• Cleats
• Softball pants 

* Mandatory. UC Del Sol does have equipment that can be used if needed. 

** Mandatory for 6U, 8U, 10U, and 12U.  Optional for 14U

REGISTRATION FEES:

There is a $25.00 sibling discount.  Use promo code UCSPRING2025 at checkout for the sibling discount when paying by credit card.

WHAT DO YOUR FEES PAY FOR: 

• Uniform 
• Permits 
• Umpire Fees 
• Field Maintenance & Equipment Repairs 
• USA Softball registrations, insurance, background checks, administrative fees (communications, website, banking, and etc.). 

VOLUNTEER  HOURS:

One parent from each player will also have to perform 4 hours of volunteer work (Opening Day/Closing Day, snack bar, field prep, and more!) or buy out for $150. Otherwise, to ensure that each player's family fulfills their volunteer commitment, we require a refundable deposit that will be collected before uniforms are distributed. 

USA SOFTBALL AGE DIVISION CHANGES:

Please be advised that USA Softball has officially changed the age cutoff date for divisions to September 1st from January 1st. This is a significant change that affects the age requirements for each division. It is important to note that your daughter's age on August 31st, 2024, will now determine which division she qualifies for. Please keep this in mind as you plan for her participation in upcoming softball events.
